Diilaamo's Terms of Use

Here are Diilaamo's Terms of Use, with as little legalese and nonsense as we can get away with.

If you find anything about this unclear or unreasonable, please let us know. Maybe we can fix it.

Parties

This is a contract between the following two parties:

  1. "Diilaamo", or "the service", referring to the company and people behind the software product called "Diilaamo", or the software product itself.
  2. "The User", or "you", referring to the person using Diilaamo and anyone or any company he or she represents.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If that's not the case, or you don't agree to be bound by these rules, do not access or use the service.

Trial Period & Money-back Guarantee

By default, you can use Diilaamo free of charge for the first 14 days starting from creating your account.

Within the first 60 days from creating your account, you can request a full refund for any reason.

There may be exceptions to these rules, specified on a case by case basis.

Cancellation / Termination of Service

You can stop using Diilaamo and cancel your subscription at any time for any reason, effective immediately.

Diilaamo may also refuse to serve you further for any reason, at any time, for any reason, effective immediately.

Obviously, violating the Terms of Use is something that will most likely result in your account getting terminated.

Refunds

After the first 60 days from creating your account, the money-back guarantee is no longer in effect, and Diilaamo is not obligated to refund any of your payments.

The idea here is that you should only pay for Diilaamo if you're actually using it. Otherwise, feel free to cancel the service at any time.

User Content

Using Diilaamo involves entering data into it, which might conceivably have some intellectual property- and/or privacy implications.

By entering data into Diilaamo, you give Diilaamo (and our staff) permission to use it in any way related to the software's functionality and/or marketing efforts.

Obviously, the application needs data to work, but we may also need to analyze customer data to calculate various metrics, and to discover problems, etc.

Diilaamo won't make your data public though, nor sell it to any third-parties.

Liability & Warranty

Diilaamo is in no way responsible nor liable for any negative consequences that might conceivably stem from using Diilaamo.

Diilaamo is provided "as-is", with no warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk.

Changes To The Terms of Use

Diilaamo may need to revise the terms from time to time.

You will be notified of the changes to the Terms of Use, but only when they actually change the meaning of this agreement.

In other words, we won't spam you about fixing a typo or something.

Continuing to use Diilaamo implies you've accepted the new terms.
